Read a PDF signature verification report carefully

Check each reported condition
Verify PDF uploads the document for server analysis. A report can describe signature integrity and certificate validation, but a single status label does not prove that every statement in the document is true.
- Use a document you are authorised to upload.
- Review each signature, its certificate and any validation warning.
- Check whether changes occurred after signing.
- Compare important results with the intended recipient's reader or required validation service.
Do not confuse integrity with authority
Trust depends on the certificate chain, available validation information and validation policy. The service's own trusted certificate list is not identical to every organisation's list. We do not promise acceptance of every government or commercial certificate. For high-stakes decisions, obtain appropriate professional guidance and preserve the original document.
